Amazing peaceful, rural location, stunning outdoor space. For the cost we felt it needed air conditioning as a must, certainly in the extension and upstairs as they were uncomfortably hot. As there are no fly screens you couldn’t have windows open at night due to mosquitoes. This sounds negative it isn’t, it was truly gorgeous but with climate change air conditioning is a must not a luxury.
